CHAPTER ONE: The Attack of the Little People:

TORONTO THE GOOD:

Toronto is one of the world’s most secure and wonderful cities and there are few social systems as good as we have in Canada. My name is Robert Bruce Baird and I live in Parkdale where my parents lived and where I spent the first two years of my life. Circumstances or co-incidences see me researching my books at the same library where my father read almost every book while his grandfather worked long and hard to create the union in an era when that was a meaningful contribution to society and the world. It is a new building and I am sure there are many more books. I can remember him saying he would get the librarian to bring in many books that he wanted in addition to the complete works of Shakespeare, Shaw and the Britannica. He imparted a true Joy of Learning in me that I have never lost. But I am fifty-five years old and I have given up on the materialistic society I once excelled at to the point that I was a self-made millionaire by the age of thirty. I am a proponent of a spiritual and ethical approach to matching assets and responsibilities to actualize plans such as full technology usage in the vein of Galbraith and Bucky Fuller or the Club of Rome. You might already have gathered that from the quotes I began this book with, if you know Bucky’s work. Toronto was one of the places Bucky spent a lot of time.

Friday February, 23, 2006 seemed like many other days at the start. I had finished another book called Phoenician Makers of the Bible and Much More a couple of days before. I was continuing work on two other books but taking it easy as the Winter Olympics from Torino provided me with a lot of entertainment. I was thinking about when I should re-contact best-selling author Jim Marrs about his offer to do a forward for my book titled America’s Assassination and Aspirations. Jim wrote the book that the movie JFK is based on, in part. He is a long time correspondent of mine and we have both given each other some helpful research since I started writing and participating in the World Wide Web. He has said he will do this in the spring so I decided to wait until the end of March; but as you will shortly see I might be in jail at that time.

After depositing my Canada Pension Plan and Ontario Disability Support Plan (ODSP) checks in the bank I went back to the Group Home I self-admitted myself to about seven years earlier. The ODSP check is for about $33. and I could live on my own and get more money from them. They pay my landlord about $500. a month in addition to my rent of $543.30. My spendable income is less than $200. a month with a tax rebate amounting to about $550. a year which I use to get my books in the market or to do research on artifacts sent to me by fellow researchers. I went to the smoking lounge to watch the Olympic coverage and to see how many medals Canada was adding to their already historic medal count.

Minh the Mighty:

There is a long history of activism in regards to my involvement in the Group Home or Hospital and Prison Without Walls that I live in. When I came here in January 1999 the home was owned by Mrs. Carmen Carter whose husband had died a short time earlier. He was a Seventh Day Adventist minister and leader and she is from a wealthy Jamaican family. She had been a psychiatric nurse and was on Mayoral Committees and they had donated the land that Branson Hospital is located on and the city was asking for more of the land to expand that hospital upon as I remember. Mrs. Carter said I was sent by God and other such things. At first I tired to help the mentally challenged and victimized people of the larger community. I established Bridge Clubs and Euchre Tournaments with the help of a COTA (Community Occupational Therapy Associates) worker named Catriona. I organized a newsletter and paid for the printing myself. Catriona said that her bosses liked it and they would distribute it. Habitat Services checked it out in advance and also indicated they would distribute it but the self-help and groups I was promoting created a problem for one of their Directors who had pursued his adopted son into the ‘consumer survivor’ community and these homes for over sixteen years.

His son was cross-dressing and was diagnosed as having Multiple Personality Disorder. In one four or five hour session with me he opened up more than he had ever done with all his social workers, psychologists and psychiatrists during that sixteen years. I discovered someone in his family had taken lit cigarettes to his penis and other such travesties of morality. His step-father was the Director of Habitat that we were dealing with and though I never met him in person he began slandering me. The newsletter was never delivered and we stopped making it after three months. This young man had a sister adopted by the same family. This family is very wealthy and I can only imagine that they would not want this can of worms opened up given the fact that the young girl had run away and she had been involved in the sex trade. These are common symptoms of the Cycle of Violence and incest and the system does not wish to address those problems directly because parents are often the victimizer and they are the voters as well as the fact that it would be hard to help all those who have been abused. C. Everett Koop as Surgeon-General of the United States said it was an epidemic. I was involved in a personal mission to help these people in the US for at least nine years including a year when I lived with a noted Doctor of Psychology who was my ‘twin’ (born the same day as me).

I eventually stopped actively reaching out to help people when various other acts of psychiatrists and hospitals made it clear I was black-flagged and they would not support my efforts. I continued to help as I could in my own home. Mrs. Carter had developed Alzheimer’s or something like that and she had sold the home to Peter and Kelly about a year and a half before the confrontation that is the cause of this effort or explanation.

In the week leading-up to Minh attacking me one of the people I had helped had moved out of the house. His name is Peter Lye and he would have been able to provide me with a good witness to what happened and the police constable would have been more hesitant to do what he did if Peter had been there. I am pretty sure Minh knew this and began to try to get me at this juncture partially because Peter was no longer there. Peter had held the door open over a year earlier when I threw Minh out the door from some distance. Minh is anorexic and less than half my weight. He and his crack-smoking lover who had been squatting in his room for most of that month had forced us to take action and involve the police on more than one occasion. At that juncture Philip (his lover) had bumped me with his chest and I was about to throw him out when Minh came to his lover’s defence.

So when I returned from doing my banking and started to watch the Olympics Minh came into the smoking lounge and turned the station on the TV. Minh does not smoke cigarettes and I do not know if he personally does the cocaine and crack that was often done by his male lovers in his room. A year earlier had seen the end of him going into the street and bringing as many as six lovers a day into his room as well as other thieves, prostitutes and low-lifes. At this juncture I had seen the medal update and there was nothing I really needed to watch; and even though others might have liked to continue watching and Minh had not asked for a vote – I went upstairs to work on my books and web communities.

Later in the day I returned to watch the hockey game between Finland and Russia. Minh came in and turned the station and was still moving it despite my asking him not to. I got up from the couch and went to the TV. I grabbed his hand and because the TV knobs are missing and we have to stick our fingers into the holes where the knobs used to be I had to move his hand backwards rather than merely slap it away. I did not look to see what happened when I threw his hand backwards as I started to return the TV station to the game we were watching.

Minh punched me in the eye from behind. I continued to get the TV onto the right station as well as continuing to smoke a cigarette in my other hand. He may have hit me more than once but am not sure when each aspect of my wounds and chucks of hair lying on the floor occurred. I do remember getting on top of him while still smoking my cigarette and him yanking a huge lock of hair from my head. I do not have a lot of hair up top but I am trying to be humorous in mentioning that. It was at this time that he stuck his fingers into my eye socket and I became concerned. I stood up and got hold of his head. I pushed his head down towards his knees and gradually got him to where I could sit on a chair even though he continued to punch at my lower extremities. I had my left hand under his chin and my right hand on the back of his head at the base of the skull or the top of his neck. He continued punching me even though he must have known I could have broken his neck easily at this juncture.

There have been other incidents where I did not call the police when Minh hit me and I think he knows that I am a person who will not hurt other people unless I have to. In this instance I called for the staff person who we call Cliff to phone the police because I thought this would rise to the level of being worthy of an assault charge what with seeing my hair on the floor and knowing I was bleeding near my eye. There are legal uncertainties about what is allowable for tenants, owners and other rights including whether or not the law for hotels or motels, or apartments apply. This uncertainty had existed even when the house got good police service while Mrs. Carter paid the Benevolent Association and up to $500 a month to various police causes; while avoiding payment of duty on her American-registered Mercedes Benz with Texas plates that had been given to her when her son died around the same time her husband had passed on. Peter and Kelly refused to pay the Benevolent Association when asked to do so but there is no proof which clearly establishes the nature of the ‘protection racket’ they run. The art of SPIN and deception is not limited to journalism or politics.

A TOUGH HOMBRE:

When the police arrived my friend Mel was at the door holding it open for them. Melvin is a black man who served two tours in Vietnam including a black ops base in Laos or Cambodia as an aircraft technician. He became a drug addict in Vietnam but he has beaten the habit in the last four years with the help of Peter and myself as well as others. I asked the policeman if I could leave Minh in his care so I could rest after a long period of adrenaline rush and energy spent restraining his. I sat down in my usual place on the corner of the couch with the table between me and the lady cop I later learned is named Caroline. She took information including my ID from my shaking hands while I explained to the constable what had occurred.

Incredibly the policeman said he would not be pressing any charges as he felt it was just a fight despite the evidence to the contrary. I explained my role in the house even though I was pretty sure he had been there before at a time when things were especially rough and a parolee who was threatening everyone had defecated on the floor in front of the kitchen door to get back at the staff. I explained that I had done everything according to what many cops and the owner thought was the proper way to handle such a confrontation but that we still needed further clarity from the courts as to the legal position we were in vis a vis the different labels that might be legally interpreted as applicable to the situation. He said I was no lawyer and that he was no “Average Joe” and preened his ego along with using words of a purple nature. I responded with the same words and told him I wanted a judge to decide and that I did not need his opinion or that of any other cop due to the established uncertainty. I also said that if there were no charges laid against Minh that would necessitate people using force to protect themselves. He said I was “Threatening”. There is a legal charge that could go along with that. He asked Cliff (Who I think had just came by and quickly left. His son had been killed in the previous two years while acting as security for a downtown bar.) for his opinion and Cliff muttered something about having nothing to say.

I pointed out that the owners were not paying the ‘protection’ and that his threats of sending me to jail did not bother me. I like Jail or I could certainly say I have learned a lot in jail as you can see from my appendix number one. I probably told him about that article titled The Man Who Loved Jail which has been on the web for some time. The situation continued with us repeating our positions until he asked me to go outside. I got up and was near the door when he first laid hands on me. I told him there was no need to get physical. He continued and I braced myself on the door jambs with my legs apart. I remember his first punch to my kidney did not hurt and I remember him saying to his partner “Take him down”. I let them wail on me for a minute or more and kept saying I was not resisting arrest but rather I was insisting on it.

I do not recall him asking me to go to the floor in the small room but I could see that might end the charade so I went onto the floor on my hands and knees. He pounced upon me on the left side of my body and the lady cop went to my fight and grabbed my hand which was under the table. His weight on my shoulders and neck did make it hard to breathe when I was face down on the floor and I told them I was not resisting but I would have to move so I could breath. They could not prevent me from doing any movement I wished to do. I would imagine I weigh as much as the two of them do together. I was on my back with my hands out front to the side so she could put the cuffs on and he was on top of me screaming obscenities and asking me if I could breathe better as he had both hands on my neck. I think he was trying to choke me but he was unable to do it.

Assess? The Sufis believe you must evaluate one’s ability for knowledge. The Masons follow an initiatory process towards truth. Oxford teaches a process to evaluate ones learning style for linguistics to develop a style of interpreting a language to people so they may learn. But the Sufi’s go far enough back to actual teach you how to learn, with always the knowledge that there is still is much more for them to teach.

How is one to live by the golden rule if they did not learn how to develop self esteem for themselves? How do you love another if you do not know how to love yourself? How are you to answer someone when they ask you what you want if no one ever taught you how to express your opinions openly? What some people take for granted as common sense, brings them up short trying to communicate with others. Before you teach you must gage ones readiness to learn. Most collegiate school systems will not offer graduate classes to undergrads for a reason. Another mistake is to believe that something you learned as a child is so rudimentary that every one else must of learned these things as they learned to walk and talk. For you will be mistaken.

For not all parents know what to teach their children. Because silly, it has not been taught to them. So how would they be able to pass on what they do not know. Or for that fact even know that one day they must learn it themselves.

So if I ask you to follow the Golden Rule, and you have been ignored all your life, you will in turn ignore me and expect no different. If no one ever gave you a hand up, you will never give a hand out to any one else.

Most of the solid foundation to access future knowledge is laid in your childhood years. What is everyday experiences becomes the norm. In these years is what is called the developmental matrixes. First you have comfort that is started in the womb. At birth existence and separation is experienced. Soon afterwards instinctual thinking is developed.

In the first three years your sensual and emotional thinking is sown. Followed by your logical thinking from five to twelve. Your basic core personality is hammered out by four and it is soon socialized right after in school. In this socialization process the identity you gained at four is tempered by society. What works stays, what does not is left behind for good for better. But it is precarious time, for what is beneficial may be given up due to pressure from your peers. It is the Nietzsche years, what does not kill you makes you stronger. Like why do we need an excuse to have children to have stuffed animals in the house.

In olden days they would be made out of wood and called idols and avatars. Granted you should not carry one around as a safety blanket. But ever wonder why we give a small bear effigy to our young children and rabbits at Easter? But pacifiers are right out, they screw up your teeth; what harm does the teddy bear do? These are the years of intra-dependce. Your ego is in part controlled by your elders.

"You must walk before you run, for if not you will be running all your life."

Then comes puberty. In ancient societies we had initiation rights. Muslims had circumcision. Aborigines of Australia have scarification. The Catholics still slap their youth lightly on the cheek during confirmation. We still have these rituals in the form of the police raiding and abusing teenagers hang outs. Another method that still exist is the no skateboarding signs in our public thoroughfares. But the worst is the sending of our youth to fight each other in wars. These are acts by those who are getting too old and infirm. These men did not follow their myths to open up society for the new to enter. Granted some kids need a little shock to be socialized into a society where they respect others rights as well as their own. But there was more important rites than these.

In Paleolithic ages men worshiped in caves. Here the youths were passed through narrow dark cramped tunnel like passages that had to be navigated on your belly. These tunnels opened up onto large expansive caves that held the tribes secrets on what is expected of every male in the tribe. Here the men germinated the seeds they were going to give birth to. For when the youth exited the caves, they were men now. Women upon their menstruation just become women though. The Jews had a red tent in which the women would kibitz with each other. Here they would pass their secrets on to one another during the weeks of their menstrual flow. Native Americans would drop a youth into a pit in the woods for a month or two feeding them some bread and water every couple days or so. Here the kids seen visions telling them what their new name was and what they were going to do in the tribe for the rest of their life. Were they to be a hunter, medicine man, mule skinner, or leader?

Along with these physical rites there was the subtle stories told around the campfires that had new meaning every time at a different point in life they are heard. Most of them just did not tell some simple moral tale as in Aesop fables, but had layers upon layers of meaning. Like an onion. As a child they entertain. As a teen they bore. As a parent they teach you that you should of listened to them as a teen. As an old man they help you impart knowledge so others do not make your mistakes or feel left alone in the pitfalls of life.

Some took the test, some failed, some played Hooky, and others was denied the chance. What is the test? One for all and all for one. It is the acquisition of your own ego. It is what every hero adventure was about in the old world. The stories of Joseph Campbell. It is the time that is most affected by the fifth chakra and the stage of Solutio in alchemy. But what are the obstacles faced in this matrix that make up this test? First there is giving up naked for nude; which entails comfort and enjoyment in your body. Next comes your potential for creating life and its responsibility. Once more you Toss the pacifier but keep the Teddy bear. Always giving up good for better.

One of the most important steps is learning Self reliance and independence. With this you get to choose what rules and morals are you parents or societies and which are greater truths endeavored by the Holy Spirit or the collective unconsciousness. Jefferson’s dilemma, he wrote all men are created equal but kept black slaves because of societies standards. But then bore many Africans as his own children. Abolitionists went against their parents and struggled for the realization of his words. Self rule, self retribution, and self redemption are very important to bring change in our lives. Also we must leave the world of the mother for that of the father.

For only then may we confront our fathers and take responsibility of our self’s needs by gaining a trade or fixing society where it needs mending. To do so we learn to be Self motivated. As well we temper our sensual appetites but never deny them. Embrace our animal nature but civilize it a bit. Then before we find a healthy mate we must incorporate a healthy sex opposite in your psyche and bring balance to our nature. Then it is for us to Create and teach our children and community. This is the individualization process, the philosopher’s stone, the holy Grail.

Stories from Star Wars with Luke confronting Darth Vader and the empire to the Dorothy melting the witch to save Oz, these stories are about this important time and the lessons we must learn to become adults. Some of us are forty and still have not grown up. Any stage of your development that is missed must be made up at some point.

There was once this Drag racer back in the fifties. He was the quickest thing in the quarter mile straight away. Some corporate sponsors thought he would do great in the big league on the circle tracks. So in his first Nascar race, as the checker flag fell, he was into his third curve. Miles ahead of the pack. He lapped them all ,three, four, no five times before his car came to a dead stop. He just sat there dumbstruck as the others passed him three, four, no five times. His problem was that no one told him he had to take pit stops from time to time to fuel up; never less change the tires or plugs. We get far in life and career and feel like this racer when it all starts to crumble around us because we were not told something as stupid as to fuel up our cars. Some learn that much and believe that is all and never learn to change their plugs or tires.

Either like my Russian friend we remove ourselves from our parents during our teen years and loose what they have to offer to teach us; or they do not know what it is they need to pass on to us. He thought his parents were to Russian so he avoided them when he was a teen in America during the cold war. Other parents abuse us in various ways in which their parents abused them. Some just never cut the strings and dictate our lives to us.

In the Rudolph Story, Herbie wanted to be a dentist and all the other elves laughed at him. He was not given any reassurance from others and validation to his voice and aspirations. When a parent does this to their children, they limit their potential for success and happiness. A Doctor friend of mine had said that his colleagues who were forced into the profession by their parents collapse upon their deaths. The parents die and it is now thirty years to late for these people to think for themselves. That is why they picked the mates that could order them around. If they married the only person they could control, they are in real trouble. You can not lie to yourself forever.

In some stories as Cinderella and the Wizard of Oz, the mother character gets split into two different people. What is called the borderline mother is loving one minute and without reason cruel the next. These mothers get split in the fairy tales to illustrate the challenge children have to come to terms with this dichotomy in their mother. There is the Fairy Godmother who nurtures them and often needs saving and then the evil witch or Step-Mom that needs to be killed. Unfortunately the myths up to today do not integrate the negative half into the good and bring peace to the whole. It is brought force and it is threatens so it fights to stay on creating greater harm that only resurfaces time and time again.

The Same is what happens for men when they kill the dragon or when Luke confronts Darth Vader. Actually Darth saves Luke from destruction by returning the Anakin half of his personality back in control of his ego. The Father saves himself to save his son. This is a story stemming from how it went wrong in the Garden of Eden, through the Nibelungenlied to Tolkien, from Perceval to Star Wars. It is the story called the Hero’s adventure and is told by what the Naskapi Indians call the Great Man or Jung calls the Two Million Year Old Man of the collective unconsciousness. These are stories written by people who have been there and done it before. They noticed they were not the only ones who had certain pitfalls before them, so they wrote the map for us to avoid them.

American exceptionalism is the notion that the Americans have a distinct and special destiny different from that of other nations and is the single most powerful force in forming the American identity; the identity formed throughout history, aimed at maintaining superiority and aspiring to leadership. This way the Americans have got a sense of mission to fulfill, not only as part of their national identity, but also as an inseparable element of their international role as a leader. But this sense of mission exceeds far beyond the reality that the US administration is the world’s military master who leads wars and manages disputes, eradicates communism and establishes democracy, as part of its hard power.

It farther entails soft power strategies the US administration sincerely follows in the international field of power. As Joseph Nye states, soft power plays a role in the domain of “intangible power resources such as culture, values, identity, and institution” to “get others want what it wants” (qtd. in. Evelyn Goh, p. 79). This means bringing unity in others’ ideas and ideals in line with the American interests. To reach this end first it should persuade others to believe in its difference and superiority, and then have its so-called ‘values’ distributed all over the world, in order to establish them as the best values for humanity. Through these games of power, then, US administration makes advantage of this national sense of mission to accomplish its international ends.

Exceptionality, as Paul T. McCartney (2004, p. 401) states, emerges two impulses associated with; exemplarism and vindicationism. By exemplarism it is meant that the Americans want to set a model for all others, according to their ideals and values, which are believed to be far superior than the others’ and also in line with the essential values of mankind. Democracy, for example, is not an American value to which others are unfamiliar or unwilling to accept. However the Americans identify democracy with their own values and virtues and this way try to propagate American democracy all over the world. Vindicationism means to change the world in a way to think and act more and more like the Americans. Others must accept American democracy with its necessary elements, in order to transcend. However, the essence of exceptionalism is maintaining superiority all over the rest and making them its followers. But the only viable way to achieve this superiority for the Americans is by canonizing their cultural products.

Canonization, primarily the concept of exclusively presenting some works of literature as valuable, is applicable to any other cultural product. Since any cultural product may not find a place in the world’s canon, a tremendously huge investment project is needed for it to gain the membership. In addition, to maintain the membership, the product should have certain characteristics, without which it would turn out to have no values. These characteristics are, according to Harold Bloom (1995, p.3), strangeness and originality added to beauty. To add to the formula he provides for canonicity, I find multi-layered-ness necessary for a cultural product to end up in the canon. Any cultural product having, or at least pretending to have such characteristics will find a place in the international taste and will survive; these are American products, labeled with American values, which should survive to help this country achieve its goal as the world’s leader, with the least costs and injuries.

Cultural products, ranging from American clothing style to American movies, from American foods to American poems, from American advertisements to American music, should have exotic qualities in order to draw attentions, and at the same time to reaffirm American values as the best. They should be original in terms of representing American ideas to the audience. The peoples all over the world should find it a novel experience in their lifetimes of dreaming for better, aspiring for solutions and enjoying transcendent feelings.

Beauty is the second element in selling a cultural product to peoples, as canonical. By beauty is meant aesthetic American values. But the yardstick for beauty in the so-called ‘culture industry’ is not necessarily humane or spiritual. The producers have discovered that by providing colorful pictures of romance, depicting masculine strength and feminine tenderness they would achieve what they are after: attracting audiences all over the world. Even they have come to the conclusion that by mythologizing these aspects they would glue the consumers to what they provide them with.

Finally, any canonical product is to have several layers of meaning and applicability in order to attract the widest range of audiences at the same time. The producers are wise enough not to overlook the issue of cost-effectiveness; i.e. satisfying millions by paying the least and receiving the most. They intimately are aware that to appease the thirst of millions of people with different, and sometimes contending, cultural backgrounds, ideas and ideals, religious beliefs and ideologies, monetary budgets and lifestyles they should offer something of utility; otherwise they will be losers, both commercially and politically.

Having provided all these elements in a cultural product, the producer will assure himself and the whole American system that the product will enter the cultural canon. Then the result would be most satisfying and not only the sense of mission Americans feel is fulfilled, but also the US administration will have others want what it wants, in the most peaceful way.

However a question remains unanswered and that is ‘whether these are achieved so easily?’ billions of dollars are invested annually, millions of people work hard all the time to provide new ideas, researches are conducted all through continents, and new movements are created and the old ones die recurrently to achieve this end. Hundreds of billion dollars go to American companies annually, hundreds of million people compete to compete hard to achieve the standards, ideas are changed into what the powerful want, and people are drowned in the new movements, for those in power to become more powerful. But the Americans are ignorant of others’ awareness. Not everybody buys American values today.

In an online think tank the subject came up; Are humans unique? Or are humans merely animals, albeit the top of the classification. Further it was reasoned by the think tankers that perhaps a study should be done to settle the question once and for all. Meanwhile a huge debate or rather and discussion erupted over the entire subject matter. Here is an excerpt of the discussion;

“It would seem that most of our conversation is stemming from potential differences in humans from animals or not, due to the brain, perhaps the way it [brain] works or the abilities of the mind [in humans]. Yet still in my observations I see only a few humans with abilities that warrant a second look, but certainly not all. In fact looking at the average human, I see and have seen no difference between animals, their drives and behaviors. However occasionally I observe glimpse in lets say 1% of humans, which makes me want to reconsider that notion of “humans are animals” or presents a causation for me to want to have another look.”

It was therefore determined if we are to find out once and for all if humans are special and deserve a separate classification that further study would be needed to find the true and correct answer although one think tanker stated the he believed the answer which would be discovered might be irrelevant if the study was done by humans themselves. So consider this in 2006.

We often hear humans say what a great species they are, but are they? Why do Humans think they are so superior? Others say well humans are just animals really; perhaps we should call this a simple observation, which is in direct contrast to humankind’s outrageous ego-centric claims to be something so special and above the rest that they are somehow divine. I believe such embellished notions are nothing more than a fog, preventing mankind from the reality here on Earth.

Many researchers have pondered this thought too and the subject recently came up in an online think tank where a researcher of such stated:

“It would seem as though you are evaluating a problem which is the result of a particular detail in our own classification process as superior. Although my focus is on the aspect of the human/animal group debate, the outlook and behavior humans exhibit towards other living things is as an issue that manifests itself as much on the individual level as on a circumstantial one.”

Indeed a great point and perhaps this sheds some light on the subject and brings up another good point in the discussion. Does mankind’s attitude and superiority complex affect his relationship with all surrounding life forms? If you stop to think about it this is a very good question isn’t it? The fellow thinker and think tank researcher further states:

“Ego-centricity is the product of a willful negatory behavior and not so much a systematic consequence of categorization or rank in the chain of living things which surround us. I guess we could say that being superior or unique to all other living things does not constitute the power of abuse on those said things.”

Indeed it does not necessarily constitute that, but it often does and probably more than most humans care to admit. What do you think about this? Do you feel that your personal and individual behavior is the way it is partly due to your ego-centric attitude and superiority complex of being a human at the top of the animal food chain? Consider this in 2006.

Are humans unique and special in the Universe? Well we know they are special on Earth as they are the only animal to build and fly aircraft and have totally infested the planet like locusts, rats and cockroaches. Oh, isn’t that special? We have been especially good at running other species away from their habitats, destroying our environment and basically messing up everything we see and we have been doing so for some 10,000.

You doubt that? Well consider those folks on Easter Island who build those cool statues; ever wonder what they were thinking when they cut down the last tree on the island? Next nearest tree or island or land for that matter is five hours away, by plane. Of course how would they know that? Are humans unique or are they just the current best animal of the Planet?

Some day man is divine and built in the image of his invisible friend [god] depending on which religious literature you are reading. But why would any god or gods make such a creature? Having a bad hair day? Just did it for a joke?

One science fiction writer said that a superior alien species had jettisoned some of its waste [crap] from its traveling space craft and it just happen to land on earth and some of it started a colony of bacteria and basically all humans are just Sh_t? Actually in observation, you know that sounds about right really. Consider this in 2006.

Little nine year old Tommie and his family moved to Atlanta, Georgia from the small town of Villa Rica, Georgia in 1908. Tommy was demoted a grade in school and teased by the other children. He felt alienated from his school and also the black Baptist church where his daddy was the pastor and mamma was the pianist.

He spent the afternoons and evenings watching the vaudeville performances where he saw such well known blues artists as Ma Rainey and Bessie Smith. At age eleven he dropped out of school and took a job at the theater selling soda pop.

He was determined to become famous like Ma Rainey so he learned to play the piano and teaching himself to read music.

At age seventeen Tom moved to Chicago and became quite successful as a blues piano player and singer in the backroom bars during the prohibition era. He took the professional name of Georgia Tom.

Tom struggled with his conscience over playing the "world’s music." His mother was always admonishing him that he should devote himself to composing and playing for the Lord. His struggle became so intense that he had a nervous breakdown and had to take two years off and move back to Atlanta to recover.

Sufficiently rested and recovered, Georgia Tom returned to Chicago and began to play for Ma Rainey and her jazz band. However, it was only a matter of time before he once again had a nervous breakdown and had to stop singing in the the bars of Chicago.

He soon determined to devote his music totally to the Lord. He began composing and singing gospel music using the blues style of music.

To his disappointment, many of the main stream churches refused to allow him to return because his music sounded too much like the world’s music. So he returned to the Chicago bars to earn enough money to survive.

Tom married and was expecting his first child within a year. He continued to play both in churches and bars. It was while he was in St. Louis preparing for a concert in a church that he received a telegram informing him that his wife had died during childbirth. He returned to Chicago in time to hold his newborn son but the child died within a few hours.

It was at that moment that he took the vow to devote his music totally to the Lord seriously. It was also during his grief that he composed these words:

Precious Lord, take my hand,
Lead me on, help me stand,
I am tired, I am weak, I am worn.
Thru the storm, thru the night,
Lead me on to the light,
Take my hand, precious Lord, Lead me home.

Thomas Dorsey went on to compose nearly 1000 songs, all gospel with a blues style. He died in 1993 at the age of 96. He had earned the title of "The Father of Gospel Blues."

The instructions to play this gospel blues song on a harmonica can be found by clicking on Precious Lord

What sort of experiment or set of experiments should be done to determine once and for all if humans are unique to all other species in the animal kingdom? Can we trust researchers to do such an important experiment? As the resultant will either shake the core of human existence or bolster the already ego-centric ways of the species.

Will the researchers be so narrowly focused to insure that their data proves themselves right? Will they disregard data to the contrary and instead work to follow their personal religious belief systems? Well such a study is indeed about to take place with some members of a Think Tank. And one researcher when asked about the focus of the experiment stated that;

“This is not to say the experiment would not lend itself to new discoveries along the way. Those determinations would be directly attributed to the management of the procedure. I myself prefer to compile interchangeable data sets wherever possible as a means to encourage further expansion.”

Good as that is the right attitude and best policy. I personally cannot tell you how many times we have altered our ‘mobile car wash trucks’ in our company before I retired to do various tasks only to find out they were perfectly designed for another, which was even more profitable and with a few refinements even another even more profitable than the later.

http://www.carwashguys.com/dealershipdiv.shtml

And in designing our point of purchase system all sync’ed up to our online scheduling, billing and appointment system, sure we had feature creep and problems along the way, and it took a little longer than expected, but Wow. In the end we won. Winning is paramount of course. The goal is to win.

Winning in this experiment is to answer the question leaving no doubt in the mind of the reader of your research. It can be done and so it should be done and like you elude to “done right” the first time. You really do not get second chances in the “Publish or Perish” world of academia, as if you mess up your name remains “Mud” for far too long.

So the experiment will take place and it will be honest and forthright and in the end we will determine if humans are unique to the rest of the animal kingdom or if we are merely just another animal and this should prove to be rather interesting indeed. Be thinking on this in 2006.

Each passing epoch lives us a great treasure that was collected during thousands of years. It is our pleasure and great honor to embrace this treasure and continue its development for future generations. Every culture has a special charm of its own with various details that other cultures do not possess. People are likely to make a conclusion about a person only after assessing his general knowledge of his own and foreign cultures. But the problem is that the number of people that have the knowledge of such countries is not as high as expected.

Every country has a history of development and the timeline of events that were extremely important to the nations. Another inseparable part of the culture is writing that is actually the main source for historians. After doing a research on this topic you’ll see that there were a couple of culture centers of the ancient epoch. One of the greatest wonders of the world is situated in Egypt, where papyrus was founded. In the valley of the Nile a great culture developed for thousands of years, giving the world precious secrets of medicine, agriculture and sailing.

Firstly ancient Egyptian monks that were the most educated people of the country wrote on wax boards, and then they used clay boards to write down ancient prayers and spells. After the foundation of papyrus all documents, books and other state orders were written and kept in special buildings erected especially for this purpose. Unfortunately only a few of ancient manuscripts got safely to present days. Another cultural center of Europe is ancient Greece and later ancient Rome. This unique culture gave birth to famous politicians, philosophers, strategists, rhetoricians, scientists and artists. Asian wonders come mostly from India and China, countries where literature and sciences developed even faster than in Europe.

The peculiarities of written records were more or less deciphered by scholars, except for Egyptian inscriptions. These symbols are hard to write and have nothing in common with Latin alphabet we use to develop a definite term paper topic; this alphabet was always surrounded by the aura of mysteries. There are lots of things except inscriptions and historical events that are worth a million. There is a sense of pride in every discussion we hold about these worlds that are full of mysteries.

Every scholar would say that knowledge of the cultures of the world is important, but what is more, we are to learn our own culture better than any other. This is what brings success and important experience to develop and formulate future life on. You have to realize that your own culture is greater than any other. You are to grow patriotism within your soul and do everything possible to contribute to its development. Love for motherland is the noblest of feelings. We have to cherish it and remember that culture starts from ourselves and grows in our hearts.

He provides effective term paper writing help, assisting in generating fresh ideas on various topics. After your paper has been written, you can recognize his skills in high school term paper topic formulation.

As part of the research team that sought to know how advanced the ancient navigational equipment and computers or astrolabes were, Dr. Sentiel Rommel deserves credit he has not received; although it might be that credit would come in the form of ridicule such as was directed at Barraclough Fell. Here is an excerpt from The Epigraphic Society Occasional Publication no. 20 on pages 2-3 which makes mention of his assistance in these regards that prove Maui was not the only possessor of a Torquetum or Tanawa in pre-Christian times.

“Navigation equipment depicted in the Irian Caves From Commander F. E. Bassett, USN, Chairman, Navigation Department, United States Naval Academy (Annapolis): 22 November 1974 ‘Your letter concerning the West Irian cave discoveries was received with great interest… The following comments are offered concerning the sketches. They are only educated guesses based on the collective knowledge of navigation department personnel of celestial navigation (we have no experts on navigation prior to the European “Age of Discoveries”. But we do have a number of texts that may point you in the correct direction in your search for a leading authority)…

a. no apparent significance.

b. Agreement. It would seem that the light ray is the only logical explanation. (Note by editor: this refers to the first figure in the series of diagrams published in Occ. Pub. No. 18. The sketch was submitted to the Naval authorities before the associated hieroglyphic text was identified and deciphered. The deciphered caption proved to read ‘ray from the sun’.)…

c. The drawing appears to resemble an explanatory diagram discussing the theory of parallel light rays from outer space. The theory assumes that the celestial bodies are at an infinite distance from the earth. (Note by editor: this refers to the second figure in Occ. Pub. No. 18. Here again Commander Bassett’s interpretation is in excellent agreement with the hieroglyphic text subsequently deciphered.)

d. It is speculated that figure d is a diagram illustrating that one body would be observed at different altitudes from different positions of observers. (Note by editor: This refers to the third diagram in Occ. Pub. No. 18 for which no related text has been so far identified. Commander Bassett’s suggestion seems to be a very reasonable and appropriate explanation of the diagram.)

Group 3. Items shown as anchors appear definitely to be anchors. Item A might perhaps be a grapnel hook. Items B and C could possibly be altitude measuring devices which use a plumb bob to establish the vertical. The circular portion may be inscribed with angular scale. {The Masonic T- square has this concept and may symbolize their ancient trading secret that enabled them to go to where they wanted and continue to trade for cocaine, emeralds and gold without much competition for many millennia. I will cover this in greater detail shortly.} (Note by editor: these items are still under study at Harvard where there is agreement with these comments; one item depicted is apparently an early form of Torquetum, an analog computer employing a plumb bob and circular scales, used in the study of planetary motion along the elliptic. Dr. Sentiel Rommel is developing a replica.)….

Item E best resembles illustrations of early astrolabes. (Note by the Editor: the hieroglyphic text accompanying this figure is believed to read ‘Number reckoner of the Delta astronomer’; and Harvard scientists developed a wood model based on the sketch, calibrated to give time by night, the position of the zodiacal constellations at all hours for all days of the year, the daily correction of correction of cross staff zenith angle to yield latitude, and the daily position of the sun on the ecliptic. This model will be published after further study by Dr. Sentiel Rommel.)…”

The mention of Delta intrigues me. I know the Great Pyramid produces Delta wave form energy and I believe most astrolabes were in tune with the cosmic and earth energy. Based on metallurgical analysis we know the astrolabe found in Wisconsin dates to the same era or earlier than the Antikythera. There are two perfect tetrahedra in the Great Pyramid and the energy flowing around and over (or through) it causes changing effects which may be discernable in other key locations on the Earth Energy Grid where many have shown the same harmonic vibration does exist. The Mayan people built their city centers on these key points. Masons build stele in the middle of existing roads in the Nova Scotia Grid tied in with Oak Island. I think we can imagine these technologies may account for the two sidereal charts of the heavens (along with recently discovered lenses in various parts of the world) inside the Great Pyramid. That means there was this kind of technology around approximately 80,000 years ago because each sidereal chart takes almost 26,000 years to observe.

That brings us to the T-Square which figures so prominent in the Masonic token or symbology. The early one had no arc for angular calculation but the Torquetum required the perpendicular calculation which it would provide. This important symbol is known as the T-Square of Ptah and the Masons claim they are the continuation of knowledge going back at least ten thousand years. The other meanings of the degrees which all Masons go through and ties in to the vertebrae number (33) and the most puissant level claimed by Crowley (90) are all intuited in the hierarchy needed to make a decent code. If overheard one simply explains the least important or offensive attribution of the code. So in this one excerpt we have the technology and a far more ancient date thereof than our history has told us – we also have it appearing all over the world and some secretive potentials associated with it.

The Olmec were a ‘Brotherhood’ that included blacks and Asians along with Basque and Berber as well as the Kelts. There is no part of this world that won’t be found engaged in the global society if we only wish to open our eyes to the current archaeological data. The ‘red-headed’ mummies at the present day Great Wall of China have made an important contribution to the picture we’ve already presented in the foregoing chapters. Their NW European linguistic root that is unlike the neighboring people of 4,000 and more years ago is very important. It is academic fact and not some fiction we are talking about! Genetics or HLA and the Rh factor join the actual reliefs in Lima that are accurate reflections of a cocaine trade that began the downfall of this ‘Brotherhood’. There are so many possibilities and facts.

You should enjoy thinking about them and making your own decision. We all need a healthy dose of critical thinking in order to overcome the religious element or propaganda that infests so many present worldwide nations. The Indians of North America knew we couldn’t own God or nature and they had no real border crossings. Their ethics and laws were similar and sometimes identical to the ideals of the Kelts or Osianic and post-Atlantean culture. They had the purple dye of the Phoenicians and cotton clothes. They were much more than we are led to believe. Based on this brief summary of the well-documented and referenced data we have covered so far we are about to explore Magog and the other Great Lake region to the east.

We have mentioned the meaning of ‘phre’ in the ancient Irish or Keltic language as presented by an obscure Masonic author named MacDari from 1923. It began my serious researches into the ‘followers of Finn and the Fianna’ or the ‘Phoenicians’ as Dr. D. J. Conway and others know them. All the linguistic data and expertise makes a lot of sense to those who research these things but the average person can only intuit their importance. ‘Phre’ or ‘Free’ and the Masonic roots that are traceable to Tuthmosis and even more ancient culture are an interesting story. These ancients knew ’sun’ worship was also the worship of the ’son’ of God and that all ‘free’ men and women were divine in their soul just as all life is part of God. These ideals were vibrant and alive among the Iroquois before Columbus, in a time long after the Hopewell civilization had incorporated into the Iroquois people after 500 AD and became known as the ‘Megwi’. The Mediwiwin are Masonic Indians and I suspect Joseph Brant’s father and earlier ancestors knew it full well. The Iroquois Confederation and the US Constitutional Government are similar and from the same people.

This seemingly incredible connection saw the spiritual leaders of this culture who we know as Isis and Osiris founded Memphis in 36,000 B.C. according to the Egyptian priest/historian Manetho. His work is augmented by the discovery of a 35,000 year old deep mine in Egypt within the last few years, but his times are not accurate and his history highly suspect. But could Lake Memphremagog really have been a mining colony of Memphis and the Biblical land of Magog where Gog ruled? This connection goes back into a far more distant time than the Father of Biblical Archaeology (W. F. Albright, who says the Bible is a "Phoenician literary legacy") might have guessed. I suggest it will never be close to certain, but sometimes I wonder if today’s events are really very certain too.

The Phoenician ‘emporiae’ or trading posts are relevant to a time long before the Christian mystery schools like Rosicrucianity. They are linked to the presentation of Sumer and the alien reptoids called Anunnaki by such recent authors as Laurence Gardner (Genesis of the Grail Kings), but the story in its entirety is far more than any three books can tell. We cannot accept the Euro-centric efforts of propagandists who have built their history upon the psychological warfare of the Roman Empire and related British Empire. We must pierce these tales once thought to be history and discover the truth of legends that bring us the archaeologic proof which satellites have played an important part in uncovering. From Yonaguni to Kidmet Enrob and Caral of Peru, there are so many great proofs and evidences that only a few years ago were deemed myth or outright fiction.

Our search for the origins of man and his culture includes the 6,000,000 year-old humans who were not related to australopithecines and a plethora of multi-disciplinary proof from all areas of science. We may not even be related to apes! Sorry! I beg forgiveness from the author of Planet of the Apes and allow that all of us had been so convinced of this; we forgot that Darwin also wrote about a theory of love. There truly have been many legends created to make sheep out of mankind. The steel or iron stelae that has stood on the land of present-day India (Pillar of Asoka that was there before him) for millennia before the supposed ‘Iron Age’, brings proof of metallurgical secret knowledge. It can hardly be overlooked while it rises 150 feet above the landscape of the lush sub-continent that has experienced far less upheaval from glacial and other natural changes than most of the world. There are Armenian/Phoenician metalworkers that many scholars say could harden copper long before other humans (at least 7000 BC). They may have gotten their ingredients for the Damascus Swords from the sub-continent, according to a recent detailed investigation in Scientific American. It wasn’t until the 20th Century that science could duplicate this carbon based steel with such a fine cutting edge that makes one think of the legends of King Arthur’s sword and trusted companion Excalibur. To give copper a cutting edge was as important as the malleable metal ores themselves.

The prophecy of Ezekiel and the invaders who might bring the end of the world is really talking about the people of Armenia/Pont from the Anatolian shores of the Black Sea. This appears to be long after the waters of the Mediterranean rushed in to create the Black Sea in 5500 BC. However, there is reason to believe the people of the Don and Danube or other earlier glacial rivers that flowed north had been the dominant force for thousands of years. Are they this longtime prophetic group of the land of Magog?
